  7. The Discipline Reporting System allows you to maintain a record of each
  8. student's behavior for the entire school year.  For each infraction, you can
  9. record the date of occurrence, the teacher involved, a free-form annotation,
  10. and multiple actions taken.  In addition, for each action taken, you can
  11. record a date, a status flag, and a units designation.  The status flag can be
  12. used to indicate whether a student has satisfied the action taken (e.g.  that
  13. a student has completed a particular detention).  The units designation can be
  14. used to record demerits.  You can also print discipline reports by students,
  15. as well as by teacher, using selection criteria such as student biographical
  16. data, start/stop dates, specific numbers of infractions/actions taken, etc.
  17. Each of the reports prints the text description of the infraction/action
  18. taken, as well as infraction/action taken totals by student and grand totals.
